Policies

Sales Policy

            Price changes, list prices, terms and discounts are subject to change without notice.  All sales will be credit card or C.O.D. only unless special arrangements are made in advance. Orders received by phone, email or Fax by 12:00 PM Pacific time will usually be shipped the same day.

Freight Policy

            All sales are F.O.B. our plant in Santa Ana, CA.  Shipments will be United Parcel Ground unless another carrier or style of shipping is specified at the time the order is placed.  All shipping costs will be added to the price of the products ordered.

Warranty

            All Value Diamond Tool products are warranted against manufacturing defects of workmanship or material with respect to lost segments.

            The responsibility of Value Diamond Tool Company under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective tools at the Value Diamond Tool warehouse in Southern California.

            Value Diamond Tool is in no way responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly.

            Our warranty does not cover normal wear or tear resulting from operator misuse or abuse, or improper application of the diamond tool.

            This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and all other warranties are disclaimed forthwith.

Returned Merchandise Policy

            Should you need to return any product purchased from Value Diamond Tool Company please call 877-755-1234 or email us at info@valuediamond.net and get a returned goods authorization number (R.G.A.).  Merchandise will not be accepted without an R.G.A. number. All goods returned must have been purchased from V.D.T. within the last year.

We reserve the right to change or modify product and product numbers. Pictures on our website may not be the latest products being produces.
